Our Service Guarantee
We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience with ANKH. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.
All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service, free of charge.
The service must be a mistake from the service provider (e.g. misunderstanding of the question or issue, incorrect tarot card spread than what was ordered, incorrect service rendered, technical error with video or webcam, tardiness, etc.), not something changed your mind about (after the service has been performed) or if your intuitive counseling was incorrect, in your opinion or in reality.
In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact ANKH to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date.
Digital Content purchased from an ANKH service provider/intuitive counselor (e.g. video recorded tarot card reading) may only be refunded if the content is not produced within the promised turn around time, varying per service provider, as specified during checkout.* If your requested service provider cannot produce the Digital Content within the promised turn around time (if they are on sick leave, holiday, etc.), you may opt for another service provider or to wait until your preferred service provider is available. In the rare event that your requested provider is unable to provide your Digital Content, your Digital Content will be produced by another service provider. In the event that your Digital Content must be produced by another service provider, you are not eligible for a refund.
It is important you contact ANKH as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you as soon as possible for a corrective service.
*If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to cancel the contract for a purchase of Digital Content from ANKH and request a refund, however, once the Digital Content has been delivered, you may not request a refund.
We are happy to return any tangible retail products you purchased through our online store within 7 days of original purchase, with the exception of tarot card or oracle card decks that have been opened. If the tarot or oracle card decks are still sealed in their plastic packaging, they may be returned for in-store credit.
No cash value is given for any returns and an in-store credit will be issued. Shipping and handling fees are not credited.
The customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees for any returns. Credit will not be issued until the product is received by ANKH, so we recommend that you insure your parcel and provide the shipment tracking number to ANKH.
Please note that once you access or download any Digital Content that you purchase, you no longer have the right to cancel or receive a refund for your purchase of that Digital Content.
Clearance products are considered final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Right to Refuse Service
ANKH reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.
