Appointments are booked on a first come, first served basis. In the Date & Time Requested field, you may input multiple times, for example, you may submit “1/2/2021, available from 9am-9pm” or “any time between 1/5/2021 & 1/7/2021” or even “earliest available appointment” may be submitted.
