Appointment Request

Please complete and submit the following form to request an appointment with an ANKH intuitive counselor.

For your preferred intuitive counselor, you may select “no preference”, or if you have more than one preference, you may select as many as you would like. If you select more than one intuitive counselor, the first available will take your appointment.

Your preferred intuitive counselor will be in contact with you within 24 hours to schedule an appointment that works with your schedule. Please note that once the appointment is scheduled, it is not confirmed until you have sent payment, in full, for the appointment. You will be sent an invoice once a date and time is set for the appointment.
