Service Charges

100% of the service charge is billed at time of booking. Your payment is processed securely, through PayPal. No PayPal account is required, just a valid debit or credit card.

Online bookings must be prepaid in full.

If you are a walk-in client and pay on-site, you may pay in cash or your payment will be processed through our point of service system, Zettle by PayPal. Zettle accepts all credit and debit cards and contactless payments, such as cards with RFID chips, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, PayPal & Venmo. We also accept Cash App. We do NOT accept checks.

Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds for appointment cancellations are only given if the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours ahead of the the scheduled appointment time (with the exception of long-distance appointments; please see below).

No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time.

Please allow 3-5 business days for all refunds.

Rescheduling

If you would like to reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least three hours before the start of your appointment time, otherwise a rescheduling fee (equivalent to 25% of the service charge will be collected.

We do not store your credit or debit card information, so you will be asked to provide your card number when paying the rescheduling fee.

Tardiness

If you are more than ten minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and in order to reschedule, a rescheduling fee (equivalent to 25% of services booked) will be collected. If you are late by any length of time, you are not guaranteed the full amount of time scheduled (depending on your intuitive counselor’s schedule). If you are late and do not want your appointment to be cut short, you may reschedule after paying the rescheduling fee.

Long-Distance Appointments

For long distance appointments within the State of Texas, 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling is required. For out of state appointments, if you’d like to reschedule, please note that once your practitioner’s air and lodging is booked, you may be required to pay for new hotel and air bookings if the airline company or hotel’s policies prevent us from rescheduling.
